"What Does It Do?"

Due to the abstract nature of software-libraries being on a website that has posts for non-technical users - I have found the most helpful piece of text to help people understand what they are dealing with, has been to include: What Does It Do?.

It allows me to explain in a non-technical way what the user is looking at. My hope is the users reading this will have a technical background that varies, and I would like to support non-technical readers as much as the technical ones.
